Preparation Instructions

  1. Soak Soy Curls: place approx 2 1/2 cups in a container large enough to cover with warm water and soak for 8-10 minutes to rehydrate, then drain excess water.
  2. Drain Soy Curls: Drain excess water, and place in skillet.
  3. Season and lightly brown: Add 2 tbsp of your favourite seasoning & sauté until lightly browned
  4. Serve or add to your favourite dish!
