This snack mix consists of different shapes of Sembei, also known as senbei or the Japanese rice cracker. The rice crackers can be flavoured with soy sauce, nori (dried laver seaweed), kombu (kelp), sesame seeds (both black and white), and soybeans.

  • Ingredients Glutinous Rice, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Sugar, Maltodextrin, Salt, Seaweed, Chili, Paprika.
  • Storage  Product should be stored in a clean, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 60˚F and 60% RH. Optimum shelf life is 9 months.
