Made from certified organic, fresh Sri Lankan coconuts. The result is a rich and creamy flour, superior to Philippines sourced coconut flours. Although its texture is very similar to wheat flour, this flour is completely gluten free, high in fibre and more than 20% protein.
Coconut flour is extremely high in fibre and therefore absorbs a lot of liquid during baking. The dough will often be much thicker than expected when baking with coconut flour. To use in place of regular flour, swap 1/3 cup of coconut flour for every cup of regular flour.
