Black Bean Flakes

- Ingredients black beans, salt.
- Process: Whole bean steamed, pressed, and dehydrated
- Directions: just add hot water and let sit for 3 minutes until thick. Or you can heat up water on the stove and stir in the flakes. Add spices as you like and you have a delicious instant black bean soup or sauce/dip (if you use less water). Great for camping!
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark location in a well-sealed container.
