  • Description these almonds come from a family farm in California. They are flavorful mid-sized hard shelled varieties Butte/Padre. Being from California they must be treated with "dry steam" to kill any pathogens. They are only exposed to the steam for a few seconds and are still as viable as unpasteurized almonds and they can be considered unheated. Makes excellent nut milk.
