The OG

This cookie has lots of Belgian dark and milk chocolate chunks and browned butter. Top with flaky sea salt after baking and it's perfect!

Chill or freeze on arrival and follow the instructions on the roll. Makes 10-12 cookies.

Ingredients: Flour, Belgian dark chocolate, Belgian milk chocolate, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk powder, cornstarch, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, salt.

Delicate and fragrant. This shortbread cookie dough is inspired by the Taiwanese pineapple cake. We started with our classic butter shortbread and added delicious pineapple filling and a tiny bit of parmesan cheese to round off all the flavours. Perfect for Chinese new year!
