  • Description roasted carob powder is manufactured from the cut, sifted, and cleaned pods (with seeds removed) of the Ceratonia silliqua tree. The pods are resifted, roasted, and grounded to a very fine powder that is light tan to dark brown in colour. It has a sweet taste and a typical carob/chocolate aroma.
