Organic Quick Rolled Oats

- Description Anita's organic quick oats are great for cooked oatmeal or for adding nutrition, fiber and flavor to your baking. They're thinner cut, and therefore quicker to cook than regular oats.
1 cup quick oats to 2 cup water. ¼ tsp salt.
Stove top cooking
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 2 servings.
In the Microwave
In a large bowl, combine ½ cup oats, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before eating.
Makes 1 serving.
