Vegan Bac'n made in Vancouver

Cooking this vegan bac'n is best on the stove top. In a skillet, pre-heat the non-stick skillet over medium heat and add one tablespoon of cooking oil. Place strips in a single layer on skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes or until desired crispness, turning occasionally.
