This shampoo may smell like apple cider vinegar and that scent may linger in your hair even after rinsing. 

This shampoo does not contain any chemical surfactants or additives, and like all castile soap, will not work well with hard water. If you have hard water, wet your hair with distilled (or soft) water and apply shampoo. Rinse with distilled water for best results, or normal tap water. Use with hard water may cause build up in the hair.

Use this pH-balancing shampoo to renew lackluster hair! Apply a small amount of shampoo directly to wet scalp, rub vigorously to create lather. Lightly work your way to the tips of hair.
