Product Description
Grown under shade to increase chlorophyll content and hand-picked with care, the leaves (known as Tencha) are de-stemmed and stone-milled using traditional granite wheels into an ultra-fine powder (5–10 microns).
Origin Nishio Region, Japan
Storage Store in a cool, dark, and dry place. Exposure to light may fade the vibrant green colour and affect quality.

Classic Matcha Tea
- Place approximately 3g to 5g of matcha and sift into bowl to avoid clumping
- Add 50g of pre-boiled water (~180°F / 80°C)
- Using a bamboo whisk, whisk briskly in an "M" or "W" motion to create a frothy top and gently whisk the surface to remove large air bubbles
- Add up to 180g of milk, water, or liquid of choice
