Organic Quick Rolled Oats
Origin: Saskatchewan, Canada
1 cup quick oats to 2 cup water. ¼ tsp salt.
Stove top cooking
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 2 servings.
In the Microwave
In a large bowl, combine ½ cup oats, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before eating.
Makes 1 serving.
