Glass Sipper's Lifetime Warranty covers your ORIGINAL purchased GlassSipper straw in the event of accidental breakage. They do not replace replacement straws.

Please fill out  this form and follow the instructions contained therein for obtaining your replacement. There is no need for you to return your broken straw to them.

Rinse your straw thoroughly when you are finished using it. Sometimes, thicker beverages may cake inside the straw if left sitting. It is then easy to clean with a quick scrub with a brush which is available in this shop.

You can also use your dishwasher to sanitize the straw.
