All Bread Llamas are handmade, therefore they may have small imperfections, and there will be variations of colour and design of each product. There may be natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products.

Maker recommends re-oiling your wood product at least once a month, and more if dryness is noted, to season the wood. Over time, the oil will have soaked in so much that the finish will last longer.
 

You can use any oil that is food safe and will not go rancid. Most commonly used oils are mineral oil, tung oil, linseed oil, walnut oil, and beeswax.
